Nov. 20 — David Nicholas Reefer, 59, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 3 crash. Police said Reefer had a blood alcohol content of 0.154%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Nov. 20 — Julie Lynn Wichterman, 49, of Gibsonia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 7 traffic stop. Police said Wichterman had a blood alcohol content of 0.115%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Nov. 20 — Zachary Liscsak, 23, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 2 incident. Police said Liscsak stole $100, five used syringes, two
