On November 20, 2025, the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority ( MahaRERA ) in its judgement (CC006000000591010) said that if a builder issues a conditional occupation certificate (OC) and specifies conditions that need to be met, then the OC can’t be considered final and complete unless those conditions are fulfilled.
