BHOPAL (Madhya Pradesh): Chief minister Mohan Yadav will launch 20 shikaras (a traditional Kashmiri wooden boat) on Upper Lake at Boat Club on Thursday morning. The initiative of operating shikaras is based on Kashmir's famous Dal Lake.
