A man accused of trespassing onto the Kansas property of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce in September entered a program that will most likely absolve him of the offense, the defendant’s attorney said Wednesday.
Justin Lee Fisher was arrested and booked on suspicion of criminal trespassing early Sept. 15 on Cherokee Court in Leawood, Kansas.
According to police records, Kelce’s home is located around 16 miles from GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.
The incident occurred a few hours after Kelce and the host Chiefs lost, 20-17 , to the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles in a Super Bowl rematch. In that game, Kelce caught four passes for 61 yards.
The visit had nothing to do with Kelce, however, but rather his fiancée.
