SRINAGAR : The salaries of twenty health workers, including four doctors posted in the Kalakote Medical Block of Rajouri, Jammu Kashmir have been withheld for failing to update and validate data on the Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) portal, Daily Excelsior reported on Thursday. The decision followed a performance review which found persistent non-compliance despite repeated instructions and reminders, according to Dr Iqbal Malik, Block Medical Officer (BMO) Kalakote.
