New Delhi, Dec 4: In what has become one of the biggest operational setbacks for IndiGo in recent years, the airline has been forced to cancel and delay hundreds of flights nationwide, leaving thousands of passengers frustrated and stranded at airports.
Over the last two days, nearly 300 flights have been cancelled across major airports including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata. Long queues, anxious families and mounting anger marked the scenes inside terminals as travellers waited for updates with little clarity on revised timings.
