Wakefit Innovations Ltd’s IPO to open on Dec 8 December 03, 2025

Ahmedabad: Wakefit Innovations Limited plans to open its initial public offering of Equity Shares of face value ₹1 each on Monday, December 8, 2025. The Anchor Investor bidding date is Friday, December 5, 2025, one working day prior to the opening. The Bid/Offer will close on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, an official statement said.

According to the company, the price band for the offer has been fixed at ₹185 to ₹195 per Equity Share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 76 Equity Shares and in multiples of 76 thereafter.
