Roswell Air Center’s Five-Year Business Plan will be presented to the city’s Finance Committee when this city council advisory group meets at 2 p.m. today, in the large conference room at City Hall.
About 35 pages long, this plan describes “strategy, objectives and operations for establishing and growing a successful international airport.”
The executive summary also explains that financial stability, market penetration and long-term sustainability are the main components necessary to meet this goal of being a leading aviation hub.
“By leveraging technology, innovative infrastructure development, and ensuring regulatory compliance, the Roswell Air Center is preparing to meet evolving industry demands and deliver a superior experience for all stakeholders,” the plan emphasizes.
