JONESBORO — A $100,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Jonesboro man arrested after police said they found a plastic bag with meth, laced with fentanyl.
Tristan H. Payne, 29, of Jonesboro, was arrested Dec. 2 on suspicion of possession of fentanyl-purpose to deliver, possession of meth or cocaine less than two grams and failure to use a turn signal.
