Berks Beast-Viola’s offense erupted Wednesday night, powered by a monster nine-point outing from James Mirigliano.
Berks Beast (6-3-0) rolled to a 12-3 victory over West Shore (1-7-0).
Berks jumped out to a 5-1 lead in the opening period and never looked back. Mirigliano factored into four of those goals. Larry Miller III added three goals of his own, while Michael Stine chipped in a pair. Lucas and Jayden Goldyn and Nathan Weaver each added a goal as well.
Berks Beast’s Steve Quattrock earned the win in the net, stopping 27 of 30 shots.
West Shore’s offense came from Lukas Biegler’s two goals and Zephaniah Graham’s goal.
