New Delhi, Dec 4 (UNI) Congress Leader Jairam Ramesh on Thursday emphasized that India-Russia relations are built on decades of partnership, as the 23rd Annual Summit between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin begins.
“The 23rd Annual Summit between the President of Russia and the Prime Minister of India in the last 26 years begins today. These ties go back even longer,” Ramesh highlighted in a post on handle X. Ramesh pointed to the 1955 visit of Soviet leaders Nikolai Bulganin and Nikita Khrushchev, highlighting it as a foundation for enduring collaboration.
