On Dec. 3, the Rosemont Public Safety Department told PEOPLE that there was no surveillance footage to indicate she was drugged

However, Reid issued a statement to PEOPLE on Dec. 3 defending her claims, saying, "Something happened to me"

Tara Reid is defending her previous claims that she was drugged at a Rosemont, Ill., hotel on Nov. 23, despite police saying there is no video evidence.

The actress claimed in a Nov. 25 police report that she was taken out on a stretcher from the DoubleTree Chicago O’Hare Airport — Rosemont because she was drugged by a stranger after having one drink.
