JAMMU, Dec 04:Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau presented Charge-sheet in case FIR No. 25/2023 under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 of Police Station ACB Srinagar Kashmir against accused public servant namely Tanveer Ahmad Dar, then Assistant Engineer BDO office Suresyar Chadoora, in a bribery case before the Hon`ble Additional Special Judge Anti-Corruption Court Srinagar.

The FIR was registered on 21-12-2023 on a written complaint alleging therein that aforesaid accused demanded ₹2,000/- as bribe for clearing of NREGA Bills. A trap was laid down and the accused was caught red-handed while accepting ₹2000/- as bribe from the complainant.
