Nigel Farage is poised to deliver a significant announcement at 3pm today as anger mounts over Labour's decision to push back mayoral elections. The Reform UK leader has already condemned the Government as "despots" whilst Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch pledged to resist the postponement "every step of the way".
