Assam BJP Minister Prasanta Phukan slipped while kicking off the final match of the 8th Annual Swargadeo Sarbananda Singha Memorial Football Tournament in Dibrugarh on Wednesday. In a video circulating online, the minister is seen tossing the ball in the air and jumping to make the first kick, only to lose his balance and fall. Fellow officials and players laughed and quickly came forward to help him up.
