SRINAGAR : Police on Thursday said they had dismantled a cross-border narcotics network in Jammu, arresting six individuals and seizing 4.95 kilograms of heroin and three pistols, Daily Excelsior reported. Superintendent of Police Ajay Sharma told reporters that the accused were linked to Pakistani handlers engaged in fuelling narco-terrorism. “When we checked their digital footprints, we came to know that they were connected across the border with Pakistani handlers supplying narcotics and drugs to destroy the next generation of this country,” he said.
