The Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Twin City Commissionerate Police held a personnel briefing on Thursday at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, a day before the offline ticket sales begin. With counters outside the stadium opening for the general public at 9 am, police have introduced a fresh crowd-management layout.

Following the briefing, officials informed that iron barricades in a serpentine design have been deployed around the counter along with a set of operational rules intended to prevent overnight queuing, curb black-marketing and ensure orderly sales.

The stadium briefing also finalised the ticket distribution plan and public safety arrangements. The new measures apply to ticket counters located outside the stadium and at designated sale points.
