A wintry mix is expected this morning, likely leading to some slick travel conditions. Rain and warmer weather are coming eventually, but heavy mountain snow will impact travel in North Idaho into the weekend.
Plan your Thursday
Freezing drizzle or snow is the most likely precipitation this morning. Precipitation, mainly snow, is expected as you head into Northeast Washington and the Idaho Panhandle, where a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect. Snow levels will slowly climb this afternoon, which will keep snow totals in the I-90 corridor from becoming too high.
