An Uber driver allegedly admitted to raping a passenger who passed out drunk on a ride home from a party in Kentucky, according to police.

Rideshare driver Clifford E. Partin, 61, had picked up the woman in Richmond in August because she was too intoxicated to drive home, according to an arrest obtained by the Lexington Herald-Ledger .

She passed out shortly after the ride began and, while she was still unconscious, he allegedly drove to a secluded spot hidden by bushes and raped her.
