Three people were killed and two injured in three vehicle crashes on Arkansas roads from Sunday through Tuesday, according to preliminary police reports.
Around 5:48 p.m. on Sunday, Cheryl Franks, 69, of New Berlin, Wis., was killed in a four-vehicle pileup on Interstate 30 in Clark County, a report from the Arkansas State Police says.
Franks was headed east in a 2024 Ford Edge when she collided with a 2012 Lincoln Navigator that had struck the rear of a 2015 Ford Expedition, the report says. A 2025 Honda CRV then struck Franks' vehicle, the report says.
Jordan Yamou, 48, of Milan, Tenn., the Lincoln's driver, was injured in the crash, the report says.
Around 5:11 p.m. on Monday, Steven Bryan, 36, of Benton was killed in a head-on collision on Arkansas 5 in Saline County, a report from
