Crayola brand toy recalled "Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death"

(WHTM)-- CreateOn is recalling thousands of Crayola Pip-Cubes due to the risk of serious injury or death from a magnet ingestion hazard, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
