Madhuri Dixit was at the top of her game in the 1990s when she broke many hearts after deciding to leave fame behind and move to the US with her husband, Dr Sriram Nene. Her decision to move to the US hit her career hard, but she shifted back to India with their sons. Now, in a recent chat, Madhuri Dixit opened up about how she was first hesitant to get married and now feels Dr. Nene is a bigger blessing to her than anything.

In a chat with Ranveer Allahbadia on his YouTube channel, Madhuri revealed why she was hesitant about the idea of getting married and said, “Because I loved what I did. My career was like… every day was fun, and I would think that if I am with someone who is not right for me, then the fun is gone. And I just loved what I was doing, so I didn’t even think about it."
