Coronation Street star Channique Sterling-Brown has shared the moment she filmed for the 'last time' with soap legend David Neilson as her exit scenes near.

The actress confirmed her plans to leave the ITV soap, three years after making her TV debut in the role of solicitor Dee-Dee Bailey, also the much-talked-about daughter of Ed and Aggie Bailey, in 2022.

Telling fans of her plans to depart Weatherfield, Channique took to social media at the start of the month to say: "After three whirlwind years of Dee-Dee Bailey, I’ve decided to say farewell to the cobbles."
