MINOT — “By adding your own history and experiences to the fabric of our country, you make America stronger," U.S. District Court Judge Daniel Hovland said at a naturalization ceremony held in Fargo earlier this year. "We become a better country, a more understanding country with diversity."
Hovland was presiding over the ceremony, which inducted some 200 people from 51 different counties as Americans.
