A major new survey launched by Livingston constituency MP Gregor Poynton has revealed deep public concern about fly-tipping across West Lothian. ‌

Around 400 local people took part in the Livingston Constituency Fly-Tipping Survey, one of the most heavily responded-to surveys conducted by Mr Poynton since his election, providing detailed accounts of repeat hotspots, environmental damage, and frustration at the lack of effective enforcement. ‌

A total of 78% of respondents say fly-tipping is a “serious problem” in their area with a further 18% say it is a “minor problem.” ‌
