VIDALIA, La. (KNOE) - The Hydro Police Department arrested an Oklahoma man who is accused of a sex crime involving a child in Concordia Parish.

HPD arrested Harley Nolan on Nov. 21 on one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile under 13 and transported him to the Concordia Parish Correctional Facility.

The Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office said the received a report of the possible sexual assault of a child in July. Through a joint investigation with the Alexandria Children’s Advocacy Center and the Department of Child and Family Services, authorities identified Nolan as the suspect.

Nolan’s bond was set at $35,000.
