Two months after a 48-year-old man was charged for trespassing onto Travis Kelce 's Kansas property, which he said was to serve Taylor Swift with deposition papers related to the It Ends With Us lawsuit by Baldoni's legal team, the defendant could be absolved of the offense, according to court documents obtained by the Kansas City Star .

Justin Lee Fisher , who was arrested and booked on suspicion of criminal trespassing on Sept. 15 after allegedly entering the Kansas City Chiefs tight end's Leawood home at 2 a.m., entered a one-year diversion program Dec. 2 to avoid conviction.
