Blake Lively ‘s legal team has filed new documents slamming Justin Baldoni and his team in the ongoing It Ends with Us lawsuit saga.

The 41-year-old director’s $400 defamation and extortion lawsuit against co-star Blake , his co-star, was ended earlier this year after he failed to meet the deadline to amend the claims and refile. Previously, the case was dismissed by the judge.

Blake ‘s lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and retaliation against Justin remains active, and will go to trial in March.

Now, her lawyers have filed documents to respond to moves to dismiss the suit.
