It’s the two we all expected. A whole season of high school football to draw the same conclusion: Buchholz and Hawthorne are the best in the Gainesville-area.

This week last season, Buchholz and Hawthorne were the final two standing. The Hornets sought a 3-peat, and the Bobcats were looking to finally get over the hump and advance to the state title game.
