It doesn’t end with Justin Baldoni’s request.
Three weeks after the actor filed a motion to dismiss Blake Lively’s lawsuit against him, his “It Ends With Us” co-star insisted she deserves her “day in court.”
The “Gossip Girl” alum’s latest filing, obtained by Page Six on Thursday, blasted Baldoni’s request as nothing more than his “latest effort to avoid accountability for the hostile environment” on set.
The heavily redacted 76-page court document accused Baldoni and his co-defendants of “throwing the kitchen sink at Lively’s sexual harassment and retaliation claims.”
Lively’s lawyers claimed Baldoni’s “litigation strategy” implemented “DARVO strategies,” a manipulation tactic defined as denying wrongdoing, attacking a victim and reversing victim and offender roles.
