A family made a leaf pile for their toddler to play in, but unknowingly created a playground for a wild animal.
Kate Houser Peters, 35, lives in Annapolis, Maryland, and managed to capture an incredible moment after her husband built a leaf pile for their two-year-old daughter to play in.
"She had so much fun jumping in it," Houser Peters told Newsweek .
But it was what happened the next day, when Houser Peters was home alone, that left her speechless.
In a video to her TikTok account, @katehouserpeters, on November 24, she first showed her toddler daughter jumping in and playing with the giant pile of leaves —a staple part of childhood for many.
