A person was airlifted following a traumatic fall in Raritan.

First responders rushed to the scene in Raritan Township after a person sustained a traumatic fall on Wednesday, Dec. 3, authorities said.

The incident occurred at Everitts Road, Flemington-Raritan First Aid and Rescue Squad said. The person was found unconscious, rescuers said.

The person was cared for at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital, rescuers said. 

The patient's current condition is unknown.
