A winning Fantasy 5 ticket worth $368,000 was sold at a Fry’s in Laveen for Wednesday night’s drawing, Arizona Lottery officials said.

The store is at 5140 W. Baseline Road.

The winning numbers for the Dec. 3 drawing were: 3, 18, 35, 39 and 41.
