The Joplin City Council passed a tax abatement for Allgeier Martin and Associates Monday that will save the company 50% on its real property taxes for a 12,900-square-foot expansion of its offices in the Crossroads Industrial Park.

Allgeier Martin, an engineering firm, is making the addition to the 32,000-square-foot home it built in 2012 at 7231 E. 24th St. ×
