Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte and his estranged wife, Kayla Lochte, are being sued for foreclosure amid their bitter divorce battle, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On November 20, the Fletcher Park Owner’s Association filed a lawsuit against the exes in a Florida court.
Ryan and Kayla own a four-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2,838-square-foot home in Gainesville, Florida, worth an estimated $660,500, which they purchased for $547,700 in January 2021.
Per the suit, Ryan and Kayla failed to pay certain fees associated with the home.
The lawsuit read, “Owner failed to pay the assessments of all types, interest, late fees, administrative fees, attorney’s fees, and costs of collections due to [the owner’s associate].”
