After a nearly perfect November in which he set a franchise record, Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers was named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Month on Thursday.

The Seahawks’ longtime dependable kicker went 15 of 16 on field-goal attempts and made all 16 of his extra-point attempts while amassing a league-best 61 total points in November. He surpassed Stephen Hauschka for the all-time franchise record in made field goals in the process. Myers has now made 187 field goals in six seasons with the Seahawks.
