Double Murder: Man, Woman Stabbed To Death Inside Long Island Deli (DEVELOPING)

Two people are dead following a double stabbing inside a Long Island deli.

Emergency crews in Bethpage responded to the A & A Italian Deli on Hicksville Road near Boundary Avenue around 9:10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, according to Nassau County Police.

When officers from the Eighth Precinct arrived, they found a man and woman with fatal injuries inside, police said.

Police have not yet released the victims’ names or ages, and the department has not confirmed their relationship.

Video shared by LI Fire Buff shows officers escorting a handcuffed man into an ambulance outside the deli shortly after the incident, though police did not immediately confirm a suspect was in custody.
