Inmate dead after stabbings at Indiana prison plagued by violence

Update: The Indiana State Police is investigating a second inmate death at the Miami Correctional Facility , a maximum-security prison that recently became a detention facility for undocumented immigrants.

Anthony Barbee, 38, died on Dec. 5, a little more than a week after another inmate was killed after stabbings that led to a days-long lockdown. Police did not say if Barbee was stabbed. An autopsy is pending.
