Wrexham's decision to stick by Phil Parkinson is paying dividends after their manager was praised for "overachieving".
The former Bolton boss came under fire at the start of this season after the Red Dragons endured a rocky start to life in the Championship . Reports emerged in September that discussions had been held over Parkinson's future after Wrexham , owned by Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac , lost three of their five opening league fixtures.
