KOCHI: The High Court has said that the 'system' here has adopted an approach tantamount to killing Suraj Lama, who was safely brought to India from Kuwait. The system worked properly in Kuwait, but here Suraj Lama has become an outsider, the division bench comprising Justice Devan Ramachandran and Justice M.B. Snehalatha observed.
