Tyrese Gibson accused ex-wife Samantha Gibson of moving their 7-year-old daughter 2,500 miles away from him, despite his objections, and is now demanding primary custody, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

On October 3, Tyrese, 46, filed court documents asking the court to step in after Samantha and their daughter, Soraya, born in 2018, moved from Georgia to Oregon.

Tyrese and Samantha wed in 2017 and split in 2020. The exes have been in and out of court for years. Samantha was awarded primary custody in 2023.

The actor said Samantha emailed him on August 13, telling him she wished to move to Oregon with Soraya.
