It is with growing alarm and disbelief that I observe the actions of your UCP government. The use of the notwithstanding clause, twice, within the space of a few weeks, is nothing short of undemocratic and dictatorial. That your government believes it knows better than trained doctors what is best for vulnerable youth, is the height of arrogance. It is clear that your government is not listening to the majority of Albertans.
