Amanda Seyfried is knee-deep in the press tour for her forthcoming film “The Housemaid,” with a string of recent public appearances in New York City. After a packed afternoon of promo outings on Wednesday, the award-winning actress ended the day hitting the Lower East Side in heeled Burberry boots.

Seyfried stepped out in the British fashion house’s knee-high boots, crafted in Italy from smooth leather. A luxe take on equestrian styles, the shoes were characterized by a statement-making buckle festooned around the ankle area. The pull tabs featured on the top of the boots allow the wearer to slide them on and off easily. Other standout details included a thick block heel for stability and a slightly rounded toe. The soles, meanwhile, were splashed with Burberry’s signature bright blue log
