Srinagar, Dec 4: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday urged the Election Commission of India (ECI) to hold consultations with political parties over the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, saying clarity was needed to address issues raised by several groups.
