The Department of Homeland Security says it has arrested an illegal immigrant wanted on kidnapping and sex-offense charges as part of Operation Catahoula Crunch, the agency’s latest enforcement sweep. DHS announced that New Orleans would be the next city to be targeted for operations focused on locating individuals with criminal histories, following similar actions in Los Angeles, Chicago and Charlotte.
