Tibet, December 4 (ANI): An earthquake of magnitude 4.3 struck Tibet on Thursday, a statement by the National Center for Seismology (NCS) said.
The earthquake occurred at a shallow depth of 10km, making it susceptible to aftershocks.
In a post on X, the NCS said, "EQ of M: 4.3, On: 04/12/2025 17:29:02 IST, Lat: 29.29 N, Long: 86.80 E, Depth: 10 Km, Location: Tibet."
Earlier in the day, another earthquake of magnitude 3.6 struck the region at a depth of 10km.
In a post on X, the NCS said, "EQ of M: 3.6, On: 04/12/2025 17:23:56 IST, Lat: 29.09 N, Long: 86.89 E, Depth: 10 Km, Location: Tibet."
