Shoppers in Canada who own wireless earbuds may want to check if theirs is part of a massive recall.
On Thursday, Health Canada issued an urgent recall for True Wireless Earbuds due to burn and fire hazards.
“The USB charging cords were manufactured with the wrong wiring material, and they may overheat when plugged in for charging, posing a burn and fire hazard,” reads the notice .
The agency says that as of Nov. 27, 2025, the company received three reports of incidents in Canada and no reports of injuries.
True Wireless Earbuds reported that 16,278 units of the affected products were sold in Canada. The recall only applies to products purchased between July 17, 2025 and Oct. 14, 2025.
