Despite “grave and disturbing” allegations that Kathryn “Lee” Boyd and Michael Hausfeld have made against each other, U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein of the Southern District of New York decided on Thursday that the pair must continue co-leading a suit seeking to hold BNP Paribas liable for the human rights abuses that forced 23,000 people to flee Sudan in the early 2000s.
