White Mountain Grill, a father-and-son-owned, kosher restaurant in Cleveland Heights held a soft opening in August after owners Neil Vaiselberg and his son, Sam Vaiselberg, decided to move business operations from their previous location – the basement of their family’s home.
Neil, his wife, Tracey, and his son, Sam, moved to Cleveland about eight years ago from Miami Beach, Fla., where Neil got his start in the food business at his father-in-law’s “iconic” bagel shop, Bagel Time, Neil told the Cleveland Jewish News. He said the business eventually expanded to two locations serving more than just bagels, like sushi, pasta and pizza, before his father-in-law sold it and retired about 10 years ago.
