Islamabad: Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court seeking permission to undergo medical tests and examinations within three days at Shaukat Khanum Hospital, according to local media reports on Thursday.
The founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party submitted the plea through Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi. The petition urged the court to allow monthly medical check-ups and tests for Imran Khan at Shaukat Khanum Hospital. It also asked the court to grant full access to medical teams and permit examinations in line with Imran Khan's medical history and current health condition, as reported by The News International.
